COV1D Safe Booking Policy 2021

We are doing everything that we can to minimise risk of infection within our setting with enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures in place. In this ever changing situation we will continue to closely follow government advice and adjust practices accordingly if necessary.

Please visit our website for our full COVID 19 Risk Assessment and carefully read the information below relating to how this impacts you at our sessions and help us to remain COVID secure.

Booking Details

· Playcircle must operate a Track and Trace system, therefore please ensure that your contact details are provided accurately at time of booking. Should these details change, please inform us immediately.

· Only families who have booked and registered onto a session will be able to attend.

· To ensure that capacity is not exceeded, we will only be able to allow 1 adult to attend per booking.

Social Distancing

· Although we do not expect children to socially distance from each other, we ask that adults keep a 2 metre distance from each other in all sessions in line with current government guidelines.

· As Playcircle facilitators, we will social distance from both adults and children during the session and will rely on parents to be in charge of making sure this is respected. We do understand that this may be difficult, but we hope it won’t be too long before new habits can be adopted

- If you would like lunch at the café, it would be best to book a table via their website as the café can become busy during lunchtime hours.

- Thistledown café welcomes families and children into the café but asks that you keep your children near to your table if using the indoor area as there will be a lot of movement by their staff who will need unobstructed access to all areas.
