COV1D Safe Booking Policy 2021

We are doing everything that we can to minimise risk of infection within our setting with enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures in place. In this ever changing situation we will continue to closely follow government advice and adjust practices accordingly if necessary.

Please visit our website for our full COVID 19 Risk Assessment and carefully read the information below relating to how this impacts you at our sessions and help us to remain COVID secure.

Booking Details

· Playcircle must operate a Track and Trace system, therefore please ensure that your contact details are provided accurately at time of booking. Should these details change, please inform us immediately.

· Only families who have booked and registered onto a session will be able to attend.

· To ensure that capacity is not exceeded, we will only be able to allow 1 adult to attend per booking.

Social Distancing

· Although we do not expect children to socially distance from each other, we ask that adults keep a 2 metre distance from each other in all sessions in line with current government guidelines.

· As Playcircle facilitators, we will social distance from both adults and children during the session and will rely on parents to be in charge of making sure this is respected. We do understand that this may be difficult, but we hope it won’t be too long before new habits can be adopted

Nailsworth Town Hall

· One way system in and out of the hall. Please use the main double doors to enter the building and the single side door to exit.

· Everyone must use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the building.

· 2 metre distanced floor markers will show you were to sit. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion for you and your little one to sit on.

· Pushchairs and any belongings should be left along the side edges of the hall free from obstruction of fire exits.

· Please note the kitchen facilities will not be available.

· We will host sessions;

- within the orchard area positioned just right of the café,

- beneath the large Ash tree in front of the café or

- within the stone circle to the left of the café.

You will be notified of the exact location each week prior to the session starting.

· 2 metre distanced floor markers will show you were to sit. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion for you and your little one to sit on.

· Please adhere to the COVID policy laid out by Thistledown venue which include:

- Please do not congregate in groups larger than 6 before or after the session.

- If you would like to enjoy the café you are welcome to do so with a maximum of 6 people per table. Please note that children count within this number.

- If you would like lunch at the café, it would be best to book a table via their website as the café can become busy during lunchtime hours.

- Thistledown café welcomes families and children into the café but asks that you keep your children near to your table if using the indoor area as there will be a lot of movement by their staff who will need unobstructed access to all areas.

Showing Symptoms of Illness

· Directly quoting from Nailsworth Town Council’s policy of hall use during COVID, we ask that you adhere to the following guidance and adopt this premise for all of our sessions including those at Thistledown in relation to symptoms of COVID including but not limited to persistent cough, temperature and/or loss of taste or smell:
